Yoga meets worship with this [free!] slow flow class on Saturday, July 20, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Join us for gentle movement, spiritual reflection and relaxing meditation in the park!
Bring your mat or a towel, and wear comfortable clothing.
Note: This class will be held at Goodale Park 120 W Goodale St, Columbus, OH 43215. We will be setting up adjacent to the tennis courts between Poplar Avenue and Dennison Avenue. Free parking is available in the Goodale Park lot and all meters are free on Sunday.
