Our Mission
Short North Church at Ohio State is reimagining how God’s love can be shared in the vibrant, dynamic environment of a college campus. We believe students and faculty are more eager than ever to find hope, experience joy, and spread kindness. Located at The Ohio State University, we are a bold community of believers who love Jesus and seek justice. A creative, energetic sanctuary that welcomes all people and celebrates diversity. Meet Rev. Hannah
Rev. Hannah and her husband Max live in Hilliard with their almost 2 year old, JD (John-David) and dog, Blu. Hannah is originally from Maryland and has a strong love for the East Coast, the beaches and all the seafood that comes along with it. She attended Otterbein University which is where she met her husband Max, and after graduating in 2015, went to Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC to receive her Masters of Divinity.
It was during seminary that Hannah was introduced through a mentor about the deacon track in the United Methodist Church. Bridging the church and the world through faith and justice is something Hannah has felt passionate about since a young age and is thrilled to be fulfilling this call on a deeper level, through connecting with college students and the affirming expression of Short North Church.
Hannah is thrilled to be joining the staff of SNC and getting to be able to serve alongside one another in ministry, fulfilling our call as faithful disciples while living into the Love Alive mission. She cannot wait to meet you!
