Dear YoWo™ Friends,
On this special Holy Week YoWo™, we will reflect on Jesus’ journey from Palm Sunday through Holy Saturday using movement, breath, and imagination to prepare our hearts for Easter Resurrection. Holy Week YoWo™ is Tuesday, March 26 from 7:00-8:15 p.m. at SNC. The flow will be co-led by Pastor Amy and SNC Friend Rev. Nicole Havelka.
Prior to the event please RSVP, it is required to participate. Please use the SNC side door to enter the day of the event.
YoWo™ {yoga+worship} is open to ALL, no experience is required. Just bring a mat or a blanket and wear comfortable clothing. There is never a cost for YoWo™, however a suggested donation of $15 is appreciated. To give you can Text LOVEALIVE to 73256.
