YoWo™ & Brunch Title: “Let Go of Worry Through Moving Meditation”
There will be lite bites after the flow. Please RSVP so we can send you the address. This event is held at a private residence.
Scripture: Matthew 6:25–33
In this gentle outdoor yoga and worship experience, we’ll explore what it means to let go of worry and dwell fully in the body as sacred space. Inspired by Jesus’ invitation in Matthew 6 to stop striving and start noticing, we’ll move, breathe, and rest as an act of faithful presence. No yoga experience necessary — just bring your body, your curiosity, and a willingness to find stillness. Come reconnect with the God who shows up not in the hustle, but in the quiet miracle of your breath.
