Yoga meets worship with this [free!] slow flow class on Sunday, Jan. 21, from 5 to 6 p.m. Join us as we journey into the new year, letting go of what isn’t serving us and leaning in to our desires and dreams for 2018.
Bring your mat, and wear comfortable clothing.
