Come experience the stillness of a sound bath. Sound Baths are a relaxing listening experience where you let yourself “bathe in the sound waves” of instruments like singing bowls, chimes, wave drums, and more.
hOm Sound Baths bring a musical and immersive element to the world of sound baths with sounds of piano and nature woven throughout the experience. It is a great opportunity to catch your breath on all levels (mind, body, and spirit).
You will need to bring a yoga mat (or something thick to lie on), a pillow, and a blanket (optional).
